Falsely banned

Hello, Jap here.
So the char i was piloting was Cruz512, that aint no lie. Then it got banned for "harrasment", no biggie, wont argue with that, shit happens. But why did my ALT accounts got banned, that were not related with the account Cruz512 getting banned? all of them.

They had different facebook, email and different account for it, they weren't related with the Cruz512 account.

the accounts were:

[email protected]
[email protected]

in game names i think:
PmCruz512
Foxlvon

So why be malicious and ban my ALT accounts which i never even logged in and talked in game nor broke any rules. And they weren't even related with the mainly banned account which was Cruz512.

I would imagine when admins ban someone for doing something wrong, they ban all the users accounts?
Otherwise it would be like if you shot someone with one of your five guns and they only confiscated the gun you used.
In this case probably all the accounts who logged on or were created from the same address or something.

When we catch or deal with people who choose to perform illegal activities have almost always returned to play again because their main account did not get banned, and thus we've begun to ban all accounts associated to caught character/account. This means ultimately, if a character bots, we will ban this character's account and this account's relations to other accounts.

Even though this has been said for botting, it can be applied to any form of ban, including harassment one (Logic would imply at least). Rip.
