Forgive me if another thread already exists for this, I had issues locating.

How many ration stacks does it take to level a Lv5 2nd gen pet no skills to Lv41?

Essentially trying to find out how much $$ is a lv 41 actually worth and is it cheaper to just buy one Vs raise one myself. Actually figures are appreciated ! Thx love you

Depends on whether you use normal or great fruits and in which ratio. But it's 4.8 ratz for each level of the fairy, up to ~130 at lv27 and up. But you save on ratz if you use great fruits.

#ProTip: at lv20 using 2 normal fruits vs using a great fruit has the same cost because of the extra ratz used on that one level. Above lv20, using great fruits is actually cheaper, but I would use them sooner to save time. I think raising a pet is more economical, but it takes over a month to get it from 5-41.

To me that seems like a bit too much. If you use great fruits only and don't fail, you need 18 Fruits, which is ~13m. A very quick stamina required calculation got me to the number of ~1700 rations, which is around 5.1m. So.... I don't think it costs more than 20m, it just costs a lot of time.
