Event [EVENT] Short Video

Hello Players!

To promote and visualize the ever-growing our game is experiencing currently we need big help from our communities by uploading more videos for prospective players to check out. And to recognize as well gratuity for unconditional help, We will reward best videos with rum barrels. Rum Barrels are virtual currency which you may use to exchange into Rum and purchase item mall items using Rum Currency.

Some basic rules:

1. Create original video (or short clips) regarding our game (pirateking.online)
2. Video Content must include at least two minutes but no more than three minutes length
3. Videos must be uploaded to your YouTube account along video description containing brief explanation of your video
4. Game URL (https://devxf2.piratekings.online) must be somewhere inside video as well the video description
5. After you have uploaded, You must also post the video in this topic for all other players as well admins to review
6. You must subscribe to our official YouTube page (https://www.youtube.com/channel/UCQ3Y_RqHF43kSPNNp4NPONg) (IMPORTANT!)
7. Videos must be uploaded by August 26th as you will want to accumulate some few days to gather your views/likes by the August 29th UTC the points will be counted and winners will be declared then!

To ensure fairness and recognizance between all videos, The winner will be judged based on points system:

• Each like on YouTube Video will grant 5 points
• Each view on YouTube Video will grant 1 points
• Videos are then sorted based on points from highest to lowest

And in the end the video with highest points will be sponsored (re-uploaded) under our official channel for further promotion and advertising. And of course there will rewards for some of the best videos.

Prizes are as following:

1. First Place: 500 Rum
2. Second Place: 300 Rum
3. Third Place: 100 Rum
4. And two optional honorable mentions (by admin discretion) up to 50 Rum each!

Today you get to let your imagination flowing and show the whole world what this game and it's community is made of! Remember to share and make sure your video get likes/views to win first place!

Any event qualifier is subject to terms of service and can be disqualified from event if competitor is deem to be disruptive, cheating, or in general not being fun.

may not be the video zankza is looking for but still. 9/10(not 10/10 coz video had limited content due to characters low level , 1-2 bossing moment and 1-2 pk would have made it perfect)

yep i agree on that, still too low level though! and well zankza didnt specify what he wants so i just made a random video as i always do for video contests (unless theyre actually themed)

I dont think you are breaking any rules but i think they are looking for a video which can be used as a game-play video/trailer for the game which is going to be used to promote the game.
Btw way your video is very well edited and an innovative story line.

err well then -maybe- that could be specified in the rules? xD thats why i mentioned the 'theme restriction'. looking for a video trailer is already a theme restriction, which is actually my specialty when it comes to video contests.. but if it isnt specified, even a video consisting on a character killing shrubs for 2 mins and 2 seconds should be valid for this event and should have the exact same chances of winning.

I know the rules said it must last at least 2 minutes, but I think it's better if the video lasts around 1 minute, because more people will be encouraged to watch it, no one likes to watch long videos also I think the content is enough.

2-3 minutes is good, however i agree with you 1 minute being perfectly ok. your video is high quality with actual meaningful clips of the server. now that's the kind of video i'd love watching as a trailer. i wish the best of luck to you laura! =)
