Event Video Event - Halloween Theme

Hello Pirates!

As the 31th of October approaches, so does Halloween. While we are preparing the main events for this dark day, We would like you to show us your talent and to see your perspective on this festivity.

Steps to participate:

1. Subscribe our YouTube Channel https://www.youtube.com/channel/UCQ3Y_RqHF43kSPNNp4NPONg
2. Capture or Produce clips from our game and edit video containing our logo for at least five seconds along game's website URL.
3. Upload the video into your YouTube channel and make sure to contain game's website "https://devxf2.piratekings.online" in your video description.
4. Embed your YouTube video into a post in this topic to formally enter the event.
5. The event ends on October 24 Midnight, So be sure to follow the ALL steps as outlined above BY October 23th 11:59PM

Rules and Policy:

• Staffs reserve the right to disqualify any participating video.
• The goal is to have healthy and fair event, any participates deem disruptive or generally unfavorable will be removed.
• You cannot just re-upload any of existing or old videos, the content must be fresh and currently captured inside our server, The video needs to be at least 60 seconds and no more than 300 seconds. The footage must contain clean and unmodified (tweaks) client, Which means you cannot use black skins or remove animation tweaks or modify your client in any way that may make the footage seem different game.
• You may only participate once. Posting more than one video will not earn you more rewards.
• The videos need demonstrate highest of quality in terms of technical and nontechnical, Meaning the videos need to have excellent resolution and frame rate, as well it's content and ability to interest viewers into watching your video.
• Your videos will be stored and possibly in the future used as promotion market, We will give credit where due, and reserve all the rights to utilize the videos for any other purposes as well.
• Videos should exhibit and contain elements of Halloween theme, Including common objects or genre of horror/scary/mysterious. Additional genre is welcomed as long it still contains the main genre of Halloween.

Does this mean we have to find something in the game that's scary? Or we use our own art in it?

1. so... can we use any kind of video editing at all? (special effects and graphics).
(i'd find a halloween themed video quite pointless without them though)
2. how are the videos going to be rated? hope it's atleast clear that its just going to be your favorite one, haha. i do not mind that at all tbh, as long its clear. the likes/views thing is waaaay worse than simply chosing your fav one.

also.. this is kind of a weird rule, haha, since ToP runs at 30 frames at best and the resolution never truly goes at better than "320p" (just a way of calling it) unless you actually modify it via semi-professional and professional video rendering programs such as sony vegas and adobe after effects (they do it automatically)... but i guess you simply mean that you wanna see a full-screen HD video xD.. still thats a weird way to state it, haha.

Absolutely

There is no rating here. This is not a competition

30 FPS is indeed the max engine will render, but the point was the video shouldn't feel choppy or shot on some cell-phone, get a proper screen recording software and there is no problem. As for resolution matter, the client is 800x600 by default and 1240x1024, you just have to upload the original recording, that is more than sufficient. The rule is there to make sure people don't downgrade the quality purposely because they don't want to upload much bigger sized video.

You can use all creative juice you have to full extent, using game objects or fancy video editing (special effects) work for me.
