If Yes, then you probably trying to enter a wrong game account.
If Still, You cannot see game characters with the right game account, then please run Version Check from Launcher.
If the game screen becomes blue, just scroll the mouse wheel a little back and forward.

First i logged in my account, some of my chars were missing. I tried version checking patiently, and it worked just fine.
