Crafting - success rate

Hello fellow pirates!

I'm wondering if anyone can help to answer my question. I see lots of crafting blueprints around in the stall and wonder if it's worth it or not.

All of the blueprints have a listed 'Base success rate' of say 50/60/70%. However, when you go to use the furnace in Thundoria, you roll the dice and choose Big or Small numbers.

My question is, is the success rate linked only to the base success rate on the blueprint (eg 60/70% success), or is it in fact 50-50 chance due to the way which the furnace works in Thundoria?

I do believe it's "base" for a reason, so that means those dice do sort of play in role of RNG.

for instance, you can bet 1$ and win between 3$ to 7$ but if you bet 3$ you can win between 1$ to 17$, so you can go big and risk more, or go small and risk less but never can attain bigger rewards.
