Can't read anything

I logged into the game and tried to play. but there's no wording.

What I meant is that the chatbox is there, but there's no words, it's empty.

Please help. I really want to play

Try to update ur drivers, and see if that could be the issue, also you should do a version check to make sure the client checks for anything missing

Open scripts\lua\font.clu and try change "simsun" to "Arial"

I've tried changing the font to Arial but it hardly makes any difference
Are there any other possible solution that I can try?

I've tried both of your suggestion but they didnt solve anything

Based from the image above. The map and Text are damaged.
It is highly possible, that is something wrong with graphic drivers or directx.

None excluded 1st option. Version check.

If that's the case then I don't think I can do much now
I'll try to troubleshoot my lappy.
