Can't go in to the game

i can't go in to the game ._. i already start the launcher then there's no game showing up please i really need help, i already miss playing TOP since TOP1

there's no error, its just the game don't show up after i-start the launcher

no, i already disabled them also the firewall

Latest update, after while, it turns out the user had very old PC and never installed any drivers for his operating system, so all 3D features including directx was disabled.

might want to check the task manager if pko-related applications/extensions are processing or not.

Tian, do you know what model is your computer? Do you know if you have graphics card inside your PC?

When Game does not show UP. there can be a few problems:

• AV or something else kills the Game process

Recommended action. Is to check AV Quarantine list and Whitelist Game.exe

• There is write permission problem

Check Folder permissions. "Users" group should have all permissions to game folder

• There is a problem with DirectX

Run "dxdiag" and go to Display/Video tab. Should show that Direct3D acceleration is available and enabled. If Not, Check that you have correct drivers for your Video Card/Chip.
