I'm really curious!

I believe not since it doesn't violate any game rules.

If there isn't policy against it, there should be... ks'ing makes the game hard for those who are trying to level and get items needed for quests... higher levels doing this should be warned and banned if they contiue to do so... I have told this one guy.. SuperCruzS2 more than once to stop ks'ing.. I was only on 2 mobs and he had all the rest he could go for... he continued to kill the 2 I was already killing and had down more than 80%...

If you feel the concept of MMO-RPG is too much, that includes dealing with massive multiplayer online's kill steals, i recommend you to find alternative game genre like RPG where you play all by alone, in peaceful and harmony without anybody else disturbing you.

I agree, because i hate going around at certain maps, being threatned to get reported for attacking mobs that other people attacked first

I know there are accidental ks'ing and that happens in any game, but when someone does it deliberately then there is a problem. But hey if you don't want people to play here, I'll be more than happy to leave... I spent a lot of money when I played ToP and would have here as well, but if you don't want people to help you stay in business don't have a game for the public... I'll go support someone else...

You can always find a new spot to lvl/farm at. Jesus, just because people consider certain spots to be "the best", that doesn't mean they're most efficient. There will usually be competition and demand, so sometimes it's better to move to another spot where you'll actually be able to play without getting KS'd. That's not so hard, is it?

I am quite aware that I can find a "better place" to level... but when you are doing quests, you are restricted to certain mobs and have to get these items to fulfill the quest. I have played ToP since it came out in 2007 and had several high level toons over several accounts, so I know how it works. Apparently you don't want people who keep you in business... if you want a game to be good and fun for everyone then there should be some sort of system that protects others from their mobs being ks'd and they lose what they spent time on killing... some mobs for lower levels are very hard to kill depending on your skills. When a person has their mob down to 80% after spending 5 minutes killing it and some a&&hole comes along and kills it just because he can, not an accident, in other words they do it more than one time, even after you ask them to please not kill what you are killing and they continue to do it, there should be some reprimand for it. Fair game play is what you should be seeking... but if thats not what you want, then hey... keep it like it is and lose your players... that is profit loss to you when your players get fed up with the a&&holes that ruin the fair game play...

Its easy to talk and threat, You forget the whole ascept of solution, there is no way to enforce this policy. The more policy I affix the considerably problems grows, You've done well job moaning, but failed to once consider how to meditate between two players, A GM cannot be always online nor we have the task force to meet almost thousand users online.

I tried to talk to the "said" player, he continued to either ignore me or say "espanol"... when I said I will report him he suddenly knew English... he finally backed off ks'ing... but it wasn't until a friend came and did it back to him... thing is, we shouldn't have to go through this to get our quests done. There is a way to code it so the player doesn't lose his exp or the item he is looking for when they get ks'd... some players do this maliciously just because they are higher level.

Dude, go play pokemon if you don't want people to KS you.
If you needed the kill to get a quest done, he maybe needed it too, or he just wanted to piss you off (and managed to do so). Suck it up, it's a mmorpg.

LOL... all I did was make a suggestion and you lot act like its the end of the world... smh... I'm not pissed off Dakiller, just frustrated for the lack of professionalism on a game that many players pay to play by buying leveling items and end up getting screwed because jerks go around ks'ing for the fun of it. And one reason I won't bother putting my money in this server. I had in the past but if you lot don't want to make money thats your business, people who pay will start leaving because they will get fed up... especially how you treat them when they make suggestions or bring up/mention something about the game... good luck keeping it going...

You think zankza is your mommy and will punish the kids tha bully you (in this case ks you)?
Grow up, your suggestion is plain ridiculous. Zankza can't control if the community is toxic, and he isn't responsible for it. This is how the world is, toxic. Learn to live with it.

The founder of red cross said that humans do not lose their humanity even in times of war. How about in MMoRPgs? Respect begets respect. Good thing in BH people give way and wait for hours just to be next in the leveling spot.
