bug with redeem rum

my account redeem -600rum but i didn't receive on my character.

i tried again with 10rum and it worked.

Only one character on my account that can redeem.

please help thank you

in picture you see i redeem 500rum, but later i notice some rum missing.. i check purchase history and 600rum barrel was taken out my account but i did not receive it as "rum" ... its bug, so i try 10 rum more but it worked.
the 600 "rum barrels" or "rum" is gone from my account. because i have only one character. only one place that rum can go to...

Our records show that you still have the points, it may be glitch, why dont you please ahead restart your PC and see if the points are showing up now.

@Zankza it still only show 530rum and 0 rum barrel.
