People are selectively looting in the smugglers area.. idk how but they seem to loot only the fake documentation while auto grabbing..

Just fill your inventory with 1x of the item you want to loot (shift click-drag) and then leave auto-loot on.

No the rules are clear using Packet Generators are allowed and legit

unlike in some games.

Packet Generator enables you to perform actions without the use of human input (E.G. Clicking, pressing keys, etc), therefore it can be used for botting, which makes it illegal:
