Let me tell you why there are champs with nice items never get banned.
Just because they paid. They charged thousands of rums.
As charged/paid botting players, they have grey agreements.

Beats me. Logic sometimes is broken pretty bad.
As for me, We do not go hut down Botters. We just react on players submissions. And that is it.
Forums are not the best place to report them too. As the time GMs go check, they are already gone.
