Greetings players, as the project continues to grow bigger and bigger I feel it's time to properly disclosure about some decisions are being made behind this project. It is true that I have been leading and foremost the project idea initially, brought by my some of oldest friends to produce this game. There is more than three people working actively on this project, and from time to time we do have to make some tough decisions. Most of decisions usually concerns about development of new content (or albeit adjustment of existing codes) but sometime we do approach disciplinary issues or policies adhering to it. The purpose of this disclosure is to officially state that not all decisions are single-handily decided by myself personally, I am firm believer in transparent starting with placing all supports and discussion in a open-fashion (forum-community) so we can inconclusively gather the most knowledge possibles and explore all kinds of options that benefits everyone the best. Keeping all decisions transparent as much is my duty, however sometime developers do reach out and make extra-curricular changes. This is my topic to inform users that not all of the actions taken against this server are necessarily attributed from me, all of my developers have same and equal access/say into this project, they just have as much rights to develop code, push/pull code, perform disciplinary actions, inspect logs, practically anything I can do. I'm asking players to be mindful that not all actions are mines, I do not take credit or acclamation for great changes/improvements toward to server which I did not propose/contribute just as I do not take credit or control unfavorable changes/disciplinary for which I did not hand out. While I try my best to maintain neutral but if the players demands or want something as well when development team feels desire to do something even though if said decision is not my personal agreement but if it sees to community and developer team agreement, I will respect that and proceed with it. There has been recent concerns or worrisome about validations of such actions, sometime it can be confusing to see two completely different sides, that's because most of time I speak on behalf of common interest even if it's not necessarily my personal view. I ask all players to remember that there is much more than simply posting what I think. I would usually try to align all actions into consistency as much possible, but if not, we are humans after all there are some things that are simply out of my control.
