Something is deleting the game.exe file, if not anti-virus then other anti-virus or anti-malware. But you have something that touch things they are not supposed to be touching.

Disable anti-viruses, dont forget windows 10 have pre-installed anti-virus.

Then re-install client.

Start Menu -> Settings -> Update & Security -> Windows Defender -> Real-Time protection.
