BAD SUPPORT

Shaitan stay bugged all asking what time to fix and no answer from anyone!
Today i am playing and got DC...when i try log again ...start a update from nothing and slow update!
20 minutes to 8% ....wtf is that?
We need more comunication!
i lost 2 hours yestarday trying log...Say i see the problem and need 30 minutes...if in 3 minutes not fix....say need more 1 hour...but not leave us without notices!
it's minimum respect with players of your game need!

• When you get DC, it means your internet service is BAD.
• When your launcher is downloading, it means your client is damaged, stop tweaking your client.

Internet is ok, only had problem in pko! i dont use tweaks...my client is clean , original!
And about shaitan's problem fixed 8 hours ago, ok, but i need sleep, and i waited for 4 hours more and no notice about shaitan or problem!

i see a lot of players complaining, reporting and Zankza only say! I cant do anything about this and locked post!

My criticism is to improve, I also come with respect, I like the game and I've been here for 6 months! But we need communication! Do not just see the negative side! Zankza thanks for your reply, and the way you positioned yourself! LuckCABlack surprise you with your stupidity in coming to talk offensive and keep your opinion to yourself!

The amount of people having problems is illusion, you forget the fact there are 1,000+ players playing without problem, when you see maybe five or ten people complain in one month, you decide we have bad support. Such terrible illusion indeed.

No, PKO is hosted in one of most reputable datacenter in world, with probably biggest backbone. If there's any problems with internet it is your internet's service provider that's struggling. There is no solution to this, but you MAY try using VPN, VPN can help with timeout and loss packets, but it will never help with latency (unless you have extremely degraded latency and VPN can bypass congested routes).

Moving forward, I do not enjoy your insults to others, and in the future I will keep the judgement to help you or not, as it stands currently our rules do not permit harassment or threats, your "support" has been forfeited.

I am not a maller. And I had problems also. But only once it was 'cause of PKO. Other times were my fault with tweaking, or bad internet connection even tho my speed is 100 Mbps but that doesn't matter. Plus God gave us free will to talk so I will express my opinion whenever I want or have the urge to...

And what Zankza said. You should see 1000+ players playing without problem and then you come up with problem blaming PKO. How come noone else complained about same problem as you did?

I already set out my opinion! I can not answer because others do not complain, many friends of mine have stopped playing, even though I insist to stay! I like the game, and I hope it keeps on working, after all, I'm addicted to more than 10 years and this is the best server I've ever seen since the original TOP! Criticisms must always be evaluated, good or bad! Good luck Zankza and good game for everyone!

Complaining ?! I was wondering about Ref lv 1 that we won in sq!
Ask is it to complain ?! And if I asked is because I had not seen the announcement! I stayed 1 month without internet and notebook!
