I was wandering if any1 knows how to obtain those since database provides no info on the lv70 set

You can obtain this equip on OSS, Black market (not sure) and using runestones on Bewildered Researcher (Naval Base NPC). Search for them on mordo.info.

He's talking about the lv70 Equips, not the lv75 ones. Like Deve said, it's not obtainable in-game.

On-topic though, there might be a chance it's craftable from a lv7 BP, which is obtained from Invo Blueprints - since not many have been opened, it's hard to find out.

Take what I said with a lot of skepticism as I can't confirm it, I think the list of all the blueprints can be seen somewhere in the files, so if the Devs would be so kind...
Also checked if it's available as an Item from Tiger Gamble, sadly, nope.
