Declined Add Crown of Decedent to item mall

As we all know the only way to get crown of decedent as of now is by killing Hardin, which is near impossible in tortuga at this stage of the servers life, unless both main high level guilds ally, which wont happen. The crown is a big part of TOP nostalgia, and right now there is only one in the whole server, likely to be the only one for a very long time. With the crown’s usage being mainly for aesthetic purposes, I believe its addition to the item mall for a good, “expensive” price would not harm the games economy or balance at all, and would provide more nostalgia and memories for players who played TOP 1. Adding the crown to the mall would also not eliminate the need to try and kill Hardin, because the boss still has the capability to drop rightful bd equips, which I believe should obviously still be left out of the mall as they are now.

As we all know, this is the only headgear that is allowed to be used by all classes.
Adding it to Item Mall would mean, that we have totally turned into `Pay 2 Win`. And we are trying our best to avoid that.
