Small modifications to the already great PvP system

The new PvP system is awesome no argument there but there is always room for improvement
Like for example giving more options such as forbidding the use of Poss (Fairy Body)
Also a command that cancels the match and all gold that has been bet (if any) is returned to the players respectively.
To cancel the match both players (Party leaders if its MvM) type /Cancel and the match is canceled
When one player/leader types /cancel the others are all notified via red text in the middle of their screen ( like for quests)
This idea is to prevent stalemates such as 2 full con champs who can't kill each other or 2 crusaders who can't find each other.

I would also add an option to disallow Manufacturing Items, or just flash bombs.

Think there was this suggestion on the official post, and yep that would be absoltuly great too!

Fairy Body restriction accepted.
As for command. We will add it automatic based on timer.

Alright, it was only a suggestion of a possible way to implement it. but I guess timer is easier
