Whats the end-game gear for champions after 65 unsealed? What about rings/necks?

Also does the Lv70 Frame count as a tattoo; does it affect Blood Bull passive? If so, how does the Lv70 frame compared to the 65 unsealed?

Not a champ player, but from what I've seen:
-Uns 65 Hammer (JoE)
-Hephasteus Clawstone
-70 Frame
-CA Paw

As for rings, I'm not sure, but I think most run Agi lv60 cause of the popular con-agi slasher build. HP speed neck of course (but hell, 70 HP on a champ doesn't matter, so if you can get a cheaper SP, go for it).

Yes, 70 frame works with Blood Bull and it's better than uns 65, which you should skip. 55 does the job well enough until lv70 and considering that 70 frame is more economical since both it and uns 65 require 5 Kals (65 requires Ters, Fas and gold too!) and 70 gives 2 more PR I think? (On phone atm, can't quite check) makes it the better option undoubtably.

Thanks, starting to plan ahead~ I think I'm caving in to cons-slasher, really wanted to try out con-str with maxed out howl & mighty strike

There was a pretty strong Con-str Champ long, long ago called Lynx, but I'm not sure how it would work out on a general level, it too relied on slashing (Although reaching 140 aspd) and Primal Rage. Mighty Strike is pretty useless, and Howl is mostly an AoE reveal...

I've decided to skip Primal Rage entirely due to its long cd and unreliability. Though, I might put just 1 point in for the stun. Keeping Mighty Strike and Howl at minimum for now before I decide what I wanna do~

true. But on 75 u can try found colossus sword with good stats, but nostats sword give u more attck than JoE and hit rates

well, in my experience any armor can activate blood bull if its fused. (all carsise appareals counts as tattos)

true. But on 75 u can try found colossus sword with good stats, but nostats sword give u more attck than JoE and hit rates

Yes, it's a low drop rate item from Fox Sage (spring boss) and Pirate Captain 008 (Autumn boss). Those aren't all that hunted, so there's probably not many, or even none, in the server.

Colo and BD Soul for frame; - Glowing instead of BD Soul early on
BD Eye and Rage for weapon; - Lustrious instead of BD Eye early on
Lust and BD Heart for Gloves (?)
Wind and BD Heart for Shoes (?)

Yes Colossus is better than JoE cuz much higher base dmg. Champion if going con-agi slasher build, their base str is low, so base dmg from Colossus is great for them. That answer Leba posted almost 3 years ago. If you ask him now he'll definitely recommend Colossus. Try find one with some nice str/agi/con bonus will be a cost efficient option. Of course best swords for tanks are DE swords, and they are not that expensive either, around 80M you can probably find one
