I've been trying the last 20 minutes to make those 10 rum barrels into rums, and nothing its happening...

I too have to click 4-5 times before getting the rum barrel and recently whenever i tried to purchased rations like 8-10 stacks
it gave me an error where it say not enough rum forcing me to close and reopen mall again while waiting for 5-10 sec as the
item mall are busy.
