MY cruss is lv62 and my name JioN idk why its gone !! please help me i played it like 6 month straight

uhm check if you can see lance or crusaders around argent ... maybe some problem with you character action / this happen to my b4

First go to you're Accounts page, can you see the character in the page ? if you can then, there is something wrong with your client. Just reinstall the client.
