• Writers must write an original poem about PKO embedding topic of "summer love"
• The poem must have some originality but can be inspired by other poems
• Poem must be at least 20 words, preferably no more than 150.
• Poem must be friendly and not too harsh, as we will publish some of poems
• Poem must posted before end of event but can be edited until end of event, where the submissions will be locked, and event judge will make final decision of best poem

Winners will be given following:
A one selection of weapon apparel, this weapon apparel is unique clone and has permanent visual effect binded to itself, exhibiting visual glows. Additionally a prorated amount of rum barrels will be assigned depending on what place won between first and third place. More information about this to be detailed later.

Summer in Pirate King Online

Summer in PKO, it's relaxing
you can feel the hot vibes, between Pirates and monster's
as they battle and fight during this time of the year,
the active and energized people are busy at the Summer Isle
while the lazy ones, makes their way down to the bar to take a zip
of some rum, not too far, away from their place they call home.
A dream, they call it, during these hot times
but most people will just remmber it as
Pirate King Online.

When it is to hot
Cool down in Icicle City
And forget the heat

And when you need drinks
Enjoy some cold rum barrels
Before they run out!

A feeling of nostalgia and a memory of bliss

recalling the time I spent playing this game

as a child there was no greater enjoyment

than finding another player with the same feeling as this

alas, the servers shut down--and too with no shame

but this summer brings a whole new employment


of this very game I once admired

and so, it was unsealed

that a summer love was to be required

so that I may experience again, the feelings I had sealed

deep in my heart, for this wonderful game

we are no longer apart

but, together again.

“Summer Love”


From the deepest of my heart, I remember that summer,
summer where woke up a feeling, a feeling of being alive,
you just took me between your arms and then I did understand, that I was at the right place,
I was a kid, just a kid, but you received and treated me like a man,
now I’m older, and I can say that my love for this game has increased more,
it means much for me, when I discovered PKO, my heart started beating again,
when I heard that argent’s music, I really was enjoying it,
now we are in summer again, and all the feelings are coming back,
they came with this server,
I remember how much I loved playing this in Venezuela,
and now I’m seeing how happy I am, playing this in Argentina,
between beers and cheers I want to say “Never die Pirate King Online”

But rather, let him consider
That I am taking a drink of water
From the Oyster .
More than twenty steps below him;
And that, consequently, in no way,
Am I troubling his supply.
—You do trouble it, answered the cruel Pirate.
And I know you said bad things of me last year.
—How could I do that when I wasn't born,
Answered the lamb; I am still at my mother's breast.
—If it wasn't you, then it was your brother Whacky Lamb .
—I haven't a brother.—It was then someone close to you;
For you have no sympathy for me,
You, your shepherds and your dogs.
I have been told of this.I have to make things even.
Saying this, into the woods
The pirate carries the Cuddly Lamb , and then loots him
Without any other why or wherefore.

An Old Pirates Search for Summer Love

The summer sun that tans my withered back,
The aromatic splash of a salty sea,
These course ropes that wrap around my hand,
This was what I was born to be.

From ferocious wolf packs of Zephyr Isle,
To the icy shores of Chill.
Strong gusts keep my sails up high,
My hands firmly grip the till.

But when all is done in the dying light,
Alas this pirate gets lonely,
And in all my travels, wide and far,
A Phyllis I'm yet to find most comely.

But as I sail, from town to town,
Seeking my destined first mate,
The seas lifts my heart abreast,
and my sorrows soon abate.

Because as I pull out from the docks,
The gulls call from high above,
And as the sounds of Argent fade away,
I realise, this boat IS my Summer Love.
