why do i disconnect every 5 minutes?

ive been disconnecting every 5 mins for the last 2 days this makes gameplay impossible

We see many "Client disconnect" reason from the same Ip you write above post.
a few "Remote host is forced to close an existing connection."
It can indicate that at some point the connection is unstable.

Could you please try to switch to CA gate and confirm that it still does the same?
To choose Gate server, hold "Shift" key while pressing the "PLAY" button.

On wireless connections, it is highly possible that there is another Access Point nearby that is using the same frequency.

This, upong going wired a dc has never occured to me since.

must be my 120$ a month high speed landline internet that makes this game disconnect never any problems from anything else yeh must be my internet

Can you please try confirm if it happens only for CF or CA gateways? or both the same time?

it seems to happen way less with ca gateways
annd sometimes i forget to connect to the ca gateway
