I payed the amount of 34,400 COP that is equivalent to 100 rums, then i come back here at my house ande the system allows me redem juust 20????' now i started to claim 20 by 20
but it stills not give me back the 100 rum...

I payed the total of 34,400 COP buth i had to redem 20 by 20 and at the end i couldn´t get the 100, i got 90... And today i just bought 50 by Via Baloto and the payment haven´t been confirmed

Thats the colombian currency. 34400 cop are effectively about 10.8 usd (because of taxes and stuff).

btw assuming you're colombian coz currency and stuff, te recomiendo contactes a los de http://help.xsolla.com , yo tambien tuve algunos problemillas pagando por oxxo cuando compre unos juegos de steam que costaban exactamente 10 usd tambien pero ellos me ayudaron en menos de 1 dia con mi problema mandandoles una foto de mi ticket de compra y de pago.
