What happened to Maddog?

Maddog got banned because of botting in Lone Tower some days ago, and the circumstances how and when it went down is far from clear. And i have only one question to you, GMs and Zankza. What happened?

Theres no official explanation, no trial of some sorts, and no word from our guild leader, I personally have a very had time to accept that he is gone like that.

Maddog is a good friend, a very able and charismatic leader and is generally liked by many in the server. And to just ban him without a warning, not even being able to say anything to us, kinda left us puzzled.

I understand banning a person with no sense or consequence, but a Guild Leader who has ppl relying on him is an entire different thing. Disrupting a guild like that is not good for the server as it will only leave ppl confused and angry.

I would ask to unban him if possible, or at least give him a chance to speak for himself. Or at least have someone look his case up properly.

He got cought botting. Botting is strictly illegal. Some people even reported him here, in forum. This post is useless. Guild leader or not, he did ignore the rules, so he got what he deserved.

I saw just a person reporting him in forum and he wasn't even that sure about him botting. Where is actual proof?
Why a person that grinds mobs night and day would start botting as soon as he gets lvl 70?
