My account is alucardxxx and I stayed a few months without login, so I logged in these days and is saying that it was suspended, what did I do wrong? I'm stopping playing because I've never used bot and I've always helped other players!

First of all, "alucardxxx" is not your account, if you were talking about forum account, then you are posting as wrong forum user.

I have no idea, it's not our responsibility to make sure you maintain your accounts in good state, and of course it is unfavourable for players to have multiple facebook accounts as it is against their ToS/AUP policy, but I don't enforce or discipline people with multiple facebook account, but I don't help out if you are asking for help something that is not bound/belong to you.

If you want the support, you need to first secure your account, but all I can tell you is that account you mentioned is not in any bad standing.

No, that's violation of privacy, just because you say it's yours doesn't necessarily means it's truly yours, what if it's not yours? I would be revealing quite personal data to stranger.
