I reinstalled it twice, version check on this pc and it lookgs buggy. Help @Zankza

The bug you mean is the blurred eyes? Your client must be set to the lowest image quality. Did you check purple gear>>display settings (or something similar)>>check the high quality option
I'm not sure, but maybe that's the problem?

I thought that was a problem of changing the screenshot format

100% driver problem. You have a GPU/Driver that is not natively running DX8 but emulating it.

There is not much you can do expect try few more drivers (older or newer) or ultimately switch to other PC.
