we need a good reason to party at lower lvls

from what ive learned in my 9 years playing this,is lower lvl people ,under lvl 40 have little reason to party,but to use higher lvls to help them,, which is why I solo lots i,get that the more people killing the faster the exp comes, but lol lets face it,its almost always the higher lvl in that party that does most of the work, why would a lvl 30 party a lvl 25?when the 25 dies every time he tries to kill,,sure the lower lvl guy loves it,but my point is,lower lvls need more of a reason to party,the exp when you party needs to go up not down. lets be real,a good pt is hard to find. Always someone looking for a free ride here, which gives me little reason to party people lower then myself but to help them, so many people become selfish in this game and it kind of slows it down, if I get 1000 exp from a mob alone, then in a party I should get more not half, as people under 40 depend on higher lvls to help them a lot,so the 45 gets little exp to help a 35,it just don't pay off exp wise to be in a party unless all members are close in lvl and all are able to kill,and sorry that's only in a perfect world,,not sure how to fix this issue,but I see it as a issue,maybe give extra exp bonus to the highest lvl in a pt?

same happens at all lvls its not only for lower ones lol, just the way it is, nothing could fix it
