Hello guys! here's a small tweaks sharing for PKO, since some people find this kinda thing very comfortable

Flying, teleportation and drop filtering are ones ive never heard about, and long chats should be included with black skin, and what would you need a CA tweak for here? or am I misunderstanding? just being curious.

But well, anyway, thats why I stated before that these are just basic tweaks, nothing really special xD. Thanks for the review ^^

you can personally edit what items you will see. it's much used on easy servers like ROSO or so, for example: you kill a bd mob from ca and get all ugs + bd gems. you will press ctrl + a and only take the bd gems, cuz you won't even see that dropped other items. i think that all you have to do is delete what you don't wanna loot on your iteminfo.bin. but if you have any of this items your game is going to crash. so take care. i don't recommend it on pko...

ah that sounds fair, i see.

however, even if you cant see that certain item, are you sure you wont accidentally loot it with ctrl + a? it sounds more like id have to loot them manually xD (since i wouldnt be able to see the other drops anyway, if your hipotesis is correct). but yeah, those crash problems sound like a hassle. you'd have to make a 2nd client in case you mess up looting something you shouldnt, haha.

Yes they do work, however Im still working in the black skin tweak because its not yet fully complete. The rest should work like a charm, though.

Teleporting doesnt work as good as it used to, it barley works as is. They changed something with packets so its not worth doing anymore.

it can crash if you have the other things in your inventory. BUT SINCE ALL MOST DROPS ARE BAGS until you pick them up you don't have them in your inventory. So if you just looking for a non bag item, just rename the bag image will remove almost everything. If you want a specific drop that is a bag, edit the item info.bin to have it point to a different file for that item and rename the bag image file to that name. Also, edit it to be a bright color it will show up better. Nice thing about this tweak is you can change it on the fly. Because the game is written so poorly and for computers many many years ago nothing is cached for long. Means it keeps re-reading the files in over and over causing crappy performance

Similarly you can turn off DW mobs, but not sure if people are strong enough to care yet

Also there are more than one tweak for CA. Or all PVP. You can make it so you can't be targeted except by AOE majek. Its was possible in TOP 2 to see invisible , just not target them. Haven't looked into it here. I never was big on PVP. Just tweaking and making interesting special purposes bots. I have some really interesting ship leveling ones on a old disk



I don't like the black skin, which is why I list the other tweaks seperatly

Some people already using DW tweak where no mob can be seen except for Boss class. I would like to get my hand on appereal tweak
however due to many complain i get from my friends about champ Jiraiya app where they cant click on the champ wearing that outfit except
for the head. I use to have them when i played eternal pko but i forgot which folder i put them at.

I see, thats pretty interesting, though it sounds as it should be so personalized to the user that it must be made by the user itself.

It was very simple. The last version of TopConf tweak launcher would let you search for the drop you wanted to find or select multiple items from the list. and then with a click of the button turn them back.

They are called "tweaks" for good reason, we frown upon tweaks but we will not play cat and mouse games when it comes to tweaking, we simply elect to focus on actually improving the game itself, instead of chasing down people. It's very safe to assume that any problems or support, will first require you to do version check.

Tweak is a polite name for a hack.

In Top they had a forced check, unless you know how to disable it. The way the game was designed ( or wasn't designed) many of the files are read in multiple times. so this check isn't that useful.
Doesn't everybody keep multiple versions of the game on hand?

Making things harder would cut down, but it also makes the people that work around it do more stuff. These checks are easy to work around with good network packet tool
