Hi Zankza and Developer,
My question pertains to the suspension of KOP accounts.
Does any investigation or time go into confirming a players using unauthorized third party programs before an account is suspended?
Or can only simply post the name of a player they dislike in game, perhaps upload some doctored screenshots and you instaban the account?
If a player who happens to use AOE skills to level and is lethargic from responding to other players harassing them every few minutes does it warrant removing said players hard earned account without at least some minuscule attempt at investigation?
By that standard of assumption you can see characters stalling 3 page stacks of NSS items every second day, should they not too be instabanned?
