whats the relevance of the tool level in crafting? I made a lv5 bp with a lv1 tool without fails

In that case, you just got lucky, since the probabilities of failing due the use of a low lvl tool in a high lvl blueprint its huge, you might want to lvl up the tool.
It worked this time, but don't be so sure the next one when you're attempting to get a good item from craft with a low lvl tool, just an advice
