Mechanics

• As players suggested in Dual Shot & Frozen Arrow Adjustment
  • Dual Shot multiplier increased from 150% + 15% * Lv -> 150% + 20% * Lv
  • Frozen Arrow slowdown effec increased from 20% + 3% * Lv -> 20% + 3% * ceil( Lv * 1.7 )
