Hello Pirates. To simplify game support and to make it more structured and efficient, we present to you our new Support Ticket System.
Inside Support & Questions forum section, a place for public request place for generic questions and problems, you can found Support Tickets section, where a support ticket which will directly be processed by Pirate King Online Team. Support tickets are invisible for everyone except for yourself and forum moderators and developers. The support system is divided into several sections for the convenience of processing them. The sections are as follows:
General support - section for general questions not fitting in other categories
Game support - different questions about the game itself
Bot reporting - aggregator of bot positions and bot names
Bugs and mistakes reporting - game logic problems, spelling mistakes, and other bugs and issues
Log request - item tracing, not receiving gold after stall went offline, names and similar requests
Rum purchase questions - checking whether your money was delivered to PKO or if it's being processed by the payment provider
Quest problems support - restoring deleted quest items, explaining missing quest branch, etc
Additionally, we'll be opening requests regarding changing your character details and collecting logs data about your character. However, there are 3 limitations. First, the character or entity you make a request on must be yours. For example, we will not rename a character that is part of a different forum account, even if that forum account is yours. You must make a ticket from the forum account where the character or entity like a guild leader was created. Second, changes will be public and everyone can observe the changelog with the following link. Third, to prevent abuse and spam, some functions are paid.
List of services which we provide
- Character rename - 250 Rum
- Deleted character restore - 100 Rum
- Lost/Accidentally deleted item restore - 300 Rum
- Guild rename - 250 Rums
- Guild leader transfer - 250 Rum
- Finding the name of the buyer of an item from your stall - 50 Rum
- Tracing an item's route, from you to the current owner - 50 Rum
Services about game logs have one limitation related to how the logs are implemented. Tracking is possible only after the end of the day. If you mistakenly sold an item, for example, we can check what happened only the next day.
Support service rules:
- Support and services are provided solely for your character or entity. If you have two or more forum accounts, you need to use the forum account where the character or entity is located. This limitation allows us to identify you and prevent scamming or malicious use of services.
- Staff can decline to solve your problem if it violates someone's privacy if it's a phishing attempt or simply spam.
- Tickets about tracking or restoring items may get you or person you trade it to temporarily banned, to stop the movement of tracked items. You are free to ask for a ban reason if it occurs.
- If you don't receive help or support gets declined, you can write to our company support email, as an official request. You need to use your forum account's email for it, so we can identify you.
Lastly, we remind you of our discord channel and the Support & Questions forum section. They can still be used for various non-personal or generic questions. For everyone to have a positive experience with support tickets and requests and for them to be solved as quickly as possible, we urge you to use them wisely.
Remember to play smart, be vigilant, and avoid mistakes. But if mistakes do happen, don't worry, we're here to help.
