Stuck inside of DW 2

We were doing the DW 2 Boss Snowman Warlord for quite a while and all of a sudden we got stuck, unable to move, sit down, cast skills or attack. The boss is super low and this is quite unfair. (P.S. we know we can't move cause we got alts inside who see our "movements").

Sadly, no way to prove this via screenshot or video, but can something please be done?! @Zankza
