Story Quest

I can't continue story quest. I'm at the "Desert Visit" part but when i talk to Clan Chief Albuda in Shaitan the only options it has are the ones for rebirth and "nothing". Tried to relog but still nothing

make sure to have the secretary letter in your inventory. Otherwise I'm not sure why it wouldn't work
