Hello i killed mermaid queen and i came in right place with carcass 1843 1717 and i cant use it
please help

1) Check that you're in the correct region, it's supposed to be Magical Ocean.
2) Quest items like those (or later on Underwater Detector and others) sometimes require clicking quite a few times before working.
3) If the problem's still there, post a screenshot of the error you're getting when using it, otherwise, there's not much that we players or the Devs can do to help you besides guess.

Ok thanks i went to 1834 1717 instead and it worked
