Story Quest Help - "Seal Research Outcome"

Hi there,

I've been working on trying to complete the story quest and have come to a quest called "Seal Research Outcome" The quest says I need to wait for Weird Grampa . Normally I just have to complete a side quest to activate this one, but I don't see anything. Could I get some assistance from @Developer or other staff to help me complete the quest? Thank you,
