Story Quest Bug Behemoth

Hi Zankza, my name is Mauro and I have one problem in my Story quest

I could not kill him in an hour, and I can not abandon the quest
so I tried to pick up the quest again, but it did not work
I hope you can help me , because I need to solve this problem

I've had problems with this secondary quest line for quite a long time. I've read somewhere that upon completing the Ancient Bounty Token quest (Which is linked to the rest of the SQ) makes the other quest line (Which is OPTIONAL, hence unneeded to advance in Story Quests) unable to be completed.

Now that you've hunted and turned quest into "FAILED" status, can you go back to the NPC and try to abandon or complete it?

that guy gives you the cookie to lure behemoth, the parent quest is from agent city chairman Ronnie
and btw is the cookie bugged because when I used it within the hour nothing happened
