Start a conversation problem

Zankza,How come i can't "Start a Conversation"....
There since says that "You may not start a conversation with the following recipients:Zankza"
How can i solve it??????????

He is a GM, lots of people in-game ofc will PM him, what do you expect a GM to on PM and entertain us? Lol.
