Sitting doesn't regenerate you faster by using the sitting Icon

I believe the game has a bug because my regeneration rate is the same when I am standing and when I am sitting down. Can you fix that?
I have a laptop and I have the insert button only in the On Screen Keyboard App.

thats just emote, sitting is press insert key, the emote not do anything

I wish they could add key re-mapping so people could re-key map those important keys
