Is there a reason why DS gets the short end of the stick for Refining gem drop rate?

I would argue that its easier to farm in FC and DW.
FC for obvious reasons since it is already farmed hard.
DW due to there being no level cap on accessing the map like there is for FC or DW so that gives a level advantage over the mobs.
Granted higher level players probably dont farm it.
The only argument I can understand really is that mobs dont respawn in FC 1.
But i would also argue that DS overall is a harder map to just farm. You need good gear.
FC gear is relatively cheap when compared to the other maps
DW you can overcome the expensive gear disadvantage if you level enough.
