It was freezing. "When are we going to get away from all these monsters?" came from a hurt man with a low scratchy growl of a voice. His shield had been broken and he was lying on the floor watching the mob of monsters as far as the eye can see. As he slowly drifted out of consciousness to plunge headfirst into the everlasting dark, he saws a light. His eyes crack open and he has a look of hope. Then he heard them. Gunshots. Thoughts raced through his mind as anxiety filled him to the brim, but before any of those thoughts could come forth from his lips he saw the silhouette he had hoped to see plow through the hoard.
"Apollo is that you?" the hurt voice whispered through great strain. The man before him ran through the mob taking a few hits but getting in front of the man lying on the floor. "Yes it is, stay back PB" said Apollo. A ray of fire burst forth from Apollo's gun clearing the hoard. Upon seeing this, Apollo sits on the floor next to PB to check his wounds. "You don't look so good" Apollo said somberly. "You look fantastic" PB said as the light from his eyes instantly faded away as his once youthful body became a sullen, bloody corpse on the floor.
