cannot connect, server not found?

Finished flushing my dns, renew, restarted my router/laptop, tried different dns servers, cleaning temp and version checking still can't find any server.

I have the same problem and I can open the run_dest perfectly

I got that problem earlier but it fixed itself in around 5-10 minutes. Weird.

Having this problem about 4 times per week. Did all of the above that other people tried, but having same issue again and again. Any solutions? I am on latest client + I tried using patch too and did version check.
Edit: Just reinstalled game with fresh client downloaded. Still nothing.

my bad, this one's solved. And yeah at that time my internet wasn't stable because of throttling due to data limit reached. xD

Same problame...

yes if it persist, just keep pressing start and "Find servers" or try "Ignore message" seems to work for me even when I had a unstable internet. Hop this helps.

I went AFK for several hours yesterday and when I came back my characters were disconnected. Wanting to set my AFK stalls up, I couldn't log in because I kept getting the connection failed error, nor could I open another launcher because of the "Server bad ping message".
I thought it would fix itself over night, yet this problem still persists after about a whole day. Tried both the "Ignore this message" and "Find servers" options which are recommended here, but none worked.

Edit: Tried logging in again, works now. Any idea what went wrong, in case it happens again to someone, maybe it can be fixed or prevented somehow?

Next time you are having problems, just try pinging the address shown in servers.xml

It also means your internet service provider is blocking ping requests or your internet service provider is dropping too much packets.

Works like charm now... So I couldn't log for 6 days and now it all works like nothing happened...
