Server down?

Hi. I cant login to the server. I got "Connection failed" message when the game client runs. i tried to do version check but still couldnt connect to the server. Someone please advise me what to do.

We had bit of problem with one of sub-system at server, it became unresponsive (so our alerts did not detect any set-off) hence slow response from the team this morning. Apologies. But you can play the game just fine now.
