Make same guild players can't "attack" each other in pk maps like DW, BD lair, so we can't miss click them while in PK and waste our skills. Make the status be like if we are in city or in the same party.
If you mean attack like actually damage, then it exists everywhere but CA. If you mean the issue where you can click someone and it uses CD but they dont take damage, which is true in many mazes, then I think it kinda adds a level of skill. But I wouldnt be opposed to the idea.

For example in a BD pk where are a lot of people and we missclick our guildmates and waste seals slash stun.

that's why ask remove friendly person as target to attack at all. Less mess and less miss clicks.
At current stage if u click to friendly charecter in pk maze ur charecter do auto-attack or use skill and its goes CD... yeah need play more accurate but its dumb when ur char stuck in middle of pk to auto-attack friend and cant move.
