salvaging problem

Ok so it is my 1st time salvaging but I have noticed something. I dont know if i am wrong or it is bugged, I salvaged sunken ships got my cargo inventory full and went back to trader sirdof in shaitan to cargo trade him. It doesn't work and I get this system message " Actionsproc: TradeBerthList failed". I even sailed all the way to chill island to check with the trade there and got the same message.
Need help

I've probably asked this somewhere else, if you know where please do point out where:

Otherwise, I need exact steps to replicate this problem myself, it's my understanding that the basics are simple as this: you just need to try talking to some of the NPCs and request cargo trade, and it will echo that error. Am I remotely correct here?

its salvage and when you get salvged iteams into ship inventor you supost to sell whem at cargo traders for money , but insted opens iteam sell list you just get this msg " Actionsproc:TradeBerthList failed"
