hello i have pay Some rums But nu account get logged auto en that have rufend niet rums and cant play any more i have ask om Facebook But that say i need to ask here

If you have problems with the payment, please contact the payment provider (Paymentwall, paypal, etc), they are the only ones that can help you out.

Remember that if you get your rums, use them, and then refund them, your account will get banned and have a negative rum balance. While your rum balance stays in the negative, you won't be able to play.

Dakiller is correct, generally most of time problems lies between you and the payment processor, I strongly recommend you to contact your payment processor and ask them about the missing order.
