rums purchase with paysafe unbale

I made a paysafe online account at the site, that the purchase from this site sent me . I added a pin valid there and saved the 10 euro. When I tried again then to do the purchase, the paysafe site told me it cant be done. I think its not valid because of the pin, cause its euro, not dollar or something. I live in greece maybe its a country problem with the company . I dk, but can u check it if u can accept the money i send?

I apologize but we do not really touch or make decisions such as "accept the money", paysafe, one of our payment processor is making sole decisions and we do not have any say or means to change the course/outcome.

Your best bet is to contact their support, and explain what happened and see what they can offer to fix.
