Rums not delivered

I purchased some Rums and got a receipt but my Rums haven't been delivered.
Can you look into it?

I managed to resolve the issue by myself.

But to be honest, i'll have to admit im pretty dissapointed by the reaction of GM and dev, which was - none. Although i posted my concern in correct topic politely demanding support which should've been provided to me.
I'm not very confident anymore about my future purchases now that i know there is no one i can count on for the help with troubleshooting.
I hate ranting, but i hope you'll consider this as a constructive critics to your managment in order to approve your future actions.

Contact the support via email, provide the needed info, make a paymentwall acc if u haven't got one yet and be strict, short and clear with your intentions.

This wouldnt have been an issue, if they never removed Xsolla <---- still the best payemnt method.

I agree, but here we are.
Although stuck with paymentwall, still not an excuse to not provide the needed help, if i may point out, numerous players which i have encountered battling the same problem.

mer personally, will have to wait, unti, a more steadier option gets available, or if, ever XSolla returns *sigh*

Yeah, things will work out just fine, it's just the matter of time and i'm aware of that. New payment methods will show up.
Development is going to the right way, i see people in charge strugling hard to make this game better and i respect that.
There, just wanted to point out the thing that shook me a little.
And regarding the new payment methods, just hold on tight, i have no doubts about secondary options coming up soon
