Rum Refund bug

when ever i try to buy RUMs the payment goes through i receive a message saying that it has being payed by email,then there is a message on screen saying wait 20min before you can see the RUM on your account,after like 10 min i get another message saying my money was refunded due to unavailability of the service im trying to use.

it worked for me the first two times on server start day btw.

Strange. We do have couple of other players using the service just fine in last couple of hours. Have you yet contacted xsolla and ask them why or what exactly service is unavail?
